As the largest Credit Union in New
York, Bethpage has faithfully served
the Long Island community for 80+
years, providing banking services
that rival offerings of the largest
financial institutions. With extensive
ties to the community they serve,
03
Bethpage exemplifies their mission
statement of “We care about what
you care about” in everything they
do. Their goal is to bring personalized
member care, competitive rates, and
on-the-go banking to a nationwide
customer base.
04
THE ASK
05
Offering the same level of trusted
financial services and technology
that customers can expect from the
largest banks, Bethpage goes above
and beyond by providing a unique
experience that directly benefits
members.
06
Simply put, they can compete with the
best. Looking to expand these service
offerings nationwide, Bethpage set
out to establish brand awareness in
new markets and increase interest
in prospective members across the
country.
07
THE FI5TH
APPROACH
08
First familiarizing ourselves with the
brand, we studied Bethpage’s existing
customer base to identify the defining
traits shared by their most loyal
brand advocates. Gaining a more
thorough understanding of customer
acquisition and retainment provided
foundational insights that informed
our creative and strategy approach.
09
With in-person production halted
during the pandemic, a nimble and
responsive approach allowed us to
create memorable, branded content
that introduced viewers to two key
Bethpage products; Home Equity
Lines of Credit, as well as the brand’s
flagship Free Checking Account.

RESULTS
11
From broadcast to OTT, podcasts to
in-store video ads and more. Digital
and streaming content created for
Bethpage was served regionally
and nationally, reaching additional
targeted audiences through
organic and paid social. With the
12
branded spots still in rotation, FI5TH’s
ongoing partnership with Bethpage
has proven successful in providing
meaningful return for the brand --
helping them expand national reach
and nurture meaningful engagements
within their local communities.
